VIETNAM: Realizing that capacity-building for the staffs plays very important role, WaterSHED has organized a training called “Sales Mastering” by Mr. Aun Hengly, WaterSHED Director, on 24-25 June, 2014. That was an event where senior staffs from WaterSHED Vietnam spent entire two days learning theories and practical experience from presentation to real-hand exercises.

In order to help HappyTap senior team build up the sales regulations system, the ToT training on “Sales Mastering” was provided to HappyTap senior team by Mr. Aun Hengly, WaterSHED Executive Director. The 2 days training class shared many valuable relevant sales experiences from other similar projects in Cambodia. It gave HappyTap senior team a clear guidance and inspiration about human motivating, changing attitudes and sales technique especially the powerful 6 steps sales process of what Mr. Aun Hengly called “the password to a successful sales event”.
“I’ve been in sales industry for around 10 years. However, most of my experiences is business to business (B2B) sales. I found this training class about mastering face to face sales (direct sales) very useful. It provided 6 steps, exactly what I need as an inspiration to develop a deeper the training content for facilitators. This 6 steps is the most complete sales process for HappyTap since joining the project, said Duy Nguyen, Indirect channel specialist.

Ai Huynh – HappyTap project coordinator, as a senior appreciated the training of how it helps strengthen trainers’ skills. It builds her confidence to lead the training course to Vietnamese staffs on the field.
WaterSHED Vietnam has successfully created a marketing style to push sales of a hand-washing device, designed specifically to improve hand washing among people in the community. The products itself is called “HappyTap”.
The device is a pioneer of hand-washing device ever designed for sanitation purpose. HappyTap is designed with a simple plastic material. It becomes affordable, and inspirational hand-washing hardware.
